Shelby Raymond started with the Kieffer Agency in 2004 bringing past experience from her employment with a regional insurance company. Shelby is a licensed property and casualty agent and works in all areas of customer service for both personal and commercial lines clients. She is always able to welcome a challenge which is demonstrated in her responsibilities maintaining the agency’s computer systems. Shelby believes very strongly in providing nothing less than exceptional customer service.
