Rob started his insurance career in 2010.  He worked as a software developer/analyst in California before deciding to follow in his father's footsteps.  His father, James Caron, was one of the founding partners of United Insurance.  Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed property & casualty producer.  In his role as Agency Manager Rob oversees all aspects of the Foss & Came Agency’s sales and operations.
